Btw, is there any sign of a leak so far? I haven't found anything yet, kinda surprising so close to release.

Listened to the snippets for the first time and it sounds "different"...not negative for me; I can't say anything to their music itself or analyze the songs...just my feelings:
- sounds different - strong songs - don't like Move on day and Where I come from after first listening; need to listen to the whole songs - country influence, yay yay yay ^^
Result: Sounds for me like a warm woolen blanket for lonely and cold days...

I'm not sure whether I would say that I'm missing something on this particular album. I think their music has changed over the years and the first two albums are just very different from the latest album.
For me the first two albums have this really special quality to them (especially the first one). Like some of you have said, they give me comfort. It feels like sitting in a rocking chair and gently being rocked back and forth. It's a very calming feeling, it puts me at ease. I think it has a lot to do with the sound of the music. There is a somewhat darker undercurrent in it. Not a very heavy one, but one that comforts (like gentle rock). That, and the combination with excellent lyrics makes for two albums that will stand the test of time for me. I can go back years later and still love the songs.
The later albums are a bit more poppy. Although I really enjoy listening to pop and I can get somewhat obsessed with pop songs, in general, the obsession only lasts for so long. I have noticed that pop songs wear out. I don't tend to go back to them years later.

Nicely put. And I am very surprised with no leak yet. Like 6 more days left?

Lack of powerful lyrics is what has really been disappointing to me the past couple of albums...Smoke and Mirrors didn't have any songs that really connected with me. Who We Are had just about every song that really meant something to me regardless of the style of music. Not sure if there is anything on this album that stands out in that way...Granted I've only heard the two singles. Havent even listened to the clips yet but the comments don't sound promising for good lyrics...

Aftermath sounds the best also because it is not raped with overproduction but the song itself is nothing special.

Wow Ben had this much influence?
Bryce was the only one who remebered/wanted to thank fans.
Just wow!

Noticed that too... I remember when they were back on Dreamworks Jason thanked God... not to get into any religious arguments, but it's interesting how fame can change your perspective...
Not a bad album, though not as great as I anticipated from the clips (lyrics wise).

Definitely a disappointing record. I barely can listen this mess. They can release whatever they want. LH used to be a band with powerful song without any bullshit around but this record has gone too far for me. They've chosen autotune, beat machine, Jude Cole as a hidden band member, MTV pop way and kissed goodbye to their old school fans who are everything but fans of MTV music. Yes many old school fans left after Stanley Climbfall but Almeria has disappointed even me who tried to like WWA and S&M in hope for something better.
I will vote with my wallet by not buying this record. Without saying thanks to fans (except Bryce) was cherry at the top of the cake.
ps. Try to locate names like Sergio, Serge or Sean. Exactly.

I don't know how you guys find leaks so fast. I am not good at that haha. And you got the lyrics directly from the booklet? How?? Maybe some one could PM me "things"
