hehe, when I get my own festival one day (yes, I'll keep dreaming, and you should all dream with me), you guys can all come in and be my crew and I'll be sure to consult you all for a good line-up i hope that happens soon!

^this struck me as *incredibly* random, lol lol, it's a very serious name for a cat. ohhhh! heh, now i get it as opposed to something like "Kitty" or "Frou-frou" or "Tiddles" ....aaaand, this guy's using the same drum brand as Rick!!! (hee, totally snuck in some LH, woo-hoo!)

The opening act was performed by For a Minor Reflection, another icelandic band that reminds me about Explosions in the Sky. They were good and if they keep working they'll get even better. Sigur Rós setlist was: 01 Svefn g englar 02 Ný batterí 03 Fljótavik 04 Við spilum endalaust 05 Hoppípolla 06 Með blóðnasir 07 Inní mér syngur vitleysingur 08 Sæglópur 09 E-bow 10 Festival 11 Hafsól 12 Gobbledigook --- 13 All alright 14 Glósóli 15 Popplagið Wow that must've been close to 2 hours of pure blissblyss! Good heavens, I wonder how it'd be like to listen to E-bow live and raw?! My friend would be insanely jealous of that setlist. Did you manage to meet the band? So glad you had the concert to enjoy though despite crappy times in reality. Hmmm, won't people see For A Minor Reaction as another Sigur Ros band? They'll have to be careful with the waters they're treading! I kinda like them already though.. :] A little randomness: - I'm going to see West Side Story at an international school for a charity cause tomorrow night. Pray I don't fall asleep. But musicals should be interesting, no? - remember I mentioned someone spilled Starbucks latte on my laptop? I found ants over it the next dayy - I did so horribly badly for my coursework... So much for burning the midnight oil and I ended up studying the wrong topics! - I've been teaching a friend how to swim, although technically I'm hardly a good swimmer myself. - I can't wait for next year's upcoming movies. Public Enemies (Johnny Depp, Christian Bale & David Wenham!!!), Dorian Gray (Ben Barnes & Colin Firth!!) and Angels & Demons (Ewan McGregor!). I'm not exactly much of a Tom Hanks as Robert Langdon fan, but this prequel to The DaVinci Code might just be a lot better with Ewan playing the evil priest

After the concert i waited for them to come out sign some cds and i talked for a few minutes with Jónsi and Orri. They are so cool and shy. Those moments made me feel well. Really. Two of my 20-odd fish are pregnant.
I wonder if they make tiny little condoms for fishy birth control?
