Lisa, it's almost the exact opposite of the Green party. the Libertarian Party thinks government should be almost entirely dismantled and people should be left to make their own decisions.

I assume she's pro-life. Obama and Clinton are both pro-choice and that's pretty much a requirement for any Democratic nominee.

I wish the primaries were over already. They're just so stressful.

I'm going to rant a bit abotu Huckabee. The polls and the numbers coming in shows that he wasn't even close to winning this nomination. Most importantly, McCain was too close to the amount of delegates needed to get the nomination, so why in the hell did he think he had a chance? . This is why it's not good to have ass kissers on your campaign. And looking at John King's number on his election board, neither Obama or Hillary will be able to get enough delegates to get the nomination (though if Obama wins them all he gets closer than her), so it's gonna go to the convention where the superdelegates have to vote and then they'll probably go with the popular vote. Which might be Obama since he's won more states than she has, even if they aren't the bigger states. This whole thing is a mess. I hope someone drops out before then. I like both Obama and Clinton so I'm with either, but I wish one will just win.

It's been along time since either of them had a chance at obtaining the nomination without super delegates. I don't see Clinton dropping out before Pennsylvania unless she ends up losing Ohio. Just the way the Democrats apportion delegates Clinton will be able to keep the delegate count close enough to justify staying in until the Convention in Denver if she wants. I think her goal by the end of it is to be within 150 or 200 delegates of Obama and within 50,000 votes or so of the popular vote. If that happens she could make the case that the will of the people isn't really very clear to the super-delegates.

Hilary won Ohio so it's not over.... even if she wins Texas too, it's still not over, right? I'm hoping Obama can win Texas though ::prays:: Like Lisa said, I just wish this was all over! Pick one! (preferably Obama )

It seems like it won't be over until Hillary says it's over, regardless of the numbers

It's not going to be over till the convention I don't think. The only way around is if Obama is able to win Pennsylvania. Still the plegded delegate count will be in his favor almost no matter what going in to the Denver Convention.
Texas is looking better for Obama than it looks. Last I checked Houston still wasn't in and that'll produce a huge margin for Obama. Also the way delegates are apportioned in Texas he'll win the delegate count almost no matter what.

These are some very hight voter turn outs for Democrats. If I was a Republican I would be worried. And Bush is going to endorse McCain tomorrow. Good. More reason why he won't win *crossing fingers*. Bush is the most unpopular president ever, but what else can he do. I forget he's still techinally our president.

The only good thing that came out of tonight for me was that I voted for Lifehouse a billion times on VH1. I think I found my new stress reliever ;D

At the most, It looks like Clinton will only be able to net 2 delegates tonight, due to Texas' apportioning rules. So for all purpuses tonight was a wash, but Clinton will get the headline tomorrow.
