Out Of The Wasteland is already near of release. And the single hurricane had came out but not a big big success... Here in Brazil the song Wish was more accepted than Hurricane. So it makes me curious.. Does this album have a possibility of bring to us a song like You And Me, Spin or Hanging By A Moment? A hit that bring LH back to mainstream? Looking at the names of the songs and what we know about them. Does anyone have potential?

Nope. I think the band will get airplay, but the monster hits are behind them. They aren't where pop music is these days, and that's a good thing. When you read about the band not feeling pressure to churn out singles and hits, I think the idea of having a hit was the farthest thing from their.

There is not about intention of make more success but potential to it... LH has a lot of songs that can bring them to mainstream even in the b-sides. And when Flight came out I could see the band backing to the head again... Maybe just imagination of my.

After hear Runaways I guess I am more hopefull with a new hit... All of this song makes it a kind of song that plays in radios.. It looks a little like Imagine Dragons. They probably will hit the target with this if it is the second single. OOTW best LH's album

I could see Hurt This Way as a big hit. The story telling is a great touch and its a catchy song. The only downfall is if new fans hear it and expect more of the same sound they might be disappointed since it's the only country-ish/folk-ish song on the album. I could also see Alien as a single.

If I were the one choosing, I would either do Firing Squad or Stardust. Runaways is a good song, but it's quite hard to decipher.

I think that after Runaways, the songs Flight and Hourglass or Stardust could close the album's singles very well

I agree that this record is not about radio friendly hits, and I am totally happy with it. But I see "Flight" & "Stardust" as potential hits and there's something about "Hurt this way" that caught my attention right away, although it's not an obvious choice for a single.

I'm not entirely sure which song I think would be a great single, but I will say Hurt This Way got stuck in my head after only 1 listen.
Simple and catchy. I'd probably vote that way.

I actually think Alien would make a good single. It's simple and catchy with a great melody and very relateable lyrics. Probably my favorite song so far on the album.

I really would like to see Hourglass as a single. A video for that song would be pretty. And LH never used a soft piano song as a single. It would be a surprise, and the people in general like this kind of songs. It would be a good choice for them, but they don't think about it...

Sorry, man. That's just not going to happen. It's too long, slow and the whole "cinematic" vibe will not go over with Joe Listener on the radio. It's an amazing tune, but wouldn't be a great single.

Yeah I know... I just think it would be different. Like Bruno Mars's When I Was Your Man or Cristina Perry(don't know if write it right hahah)'s Jar Of Hearts and many other songs like this. It's foolish to say it, but would be great.

One for the Pain and Alien would be good as singles
