Based on the current radio format I'd vote Alien and / or Hurt This Way as most likely to do well on the radio. Hurricane would've done well 10 years ago.

I think Alien would do it. Unfortunately (to me anyway), I've heard a lot of Lifehouse songs lately as "background music" ... you know, walking into lobbies and elevator music ... Alien is a great song, and it sounds like a good song to play on the radio and then transition to music that would be played in the "background."

I don't see any "hits" persay, but I think One For The Pain and Alien would do well in commercials/tv shows. I don't see any songs having the success that HBAM & You and Me had on the radio though.

I am definitely hooked on Firing Squad and Yesterday's Son. I could see both ending up on a movie soundtrack and maybe catching some attention that way. Hurt this Way and Alien would be a good choice in my opinion for radio singles. I have already heard Hurricane on the radio in my home town and on Sirius Radio.

Hurt This Way is a great track and should've been the overall sound for Alméria for it to be successful. I'm from New England, Massachusetts specifically, and lately Country seems to be making a splash (Luke Bryan is a name I often hear). I think Hurt This Way would do well in areas with that sort of Country influence.

I think if there are a couple singles that could do okay, they'd be One For The Pain and Firing Squad
Central Park would be interesting. It kind of reminds me of a 2015 Lifehouse version of Breathing.

As Jason said in a interview, they're not really worry about hit singles right now. They just want to make good music. For themselfs and the fans. Wich you can hear on new album, and i'm really happy with that. But i think "Runaways" would be a good choice as a single "Hurt this way" is the only song on the new album where i just don't really have connection with, but i think it would be work as a single.

Lol. Ok, maybe a bad comparison but nonetheless that genre, whatever it is, seems to be on the rise up here. Is that still classified as country? I think of country as Dolly Parton and Loretta Lynn. LB, FGL, etc. sound nothing like it. Southern rock maybe?

I can't say I have a connection to "Hurt This Way" personally, but the story in the lyrics and the beautiful music that is a little different than what we normally hear is more of a comfort song. Think of the song in two parts; Verse 1: It's a perfect song to describe those moments where everything looks like it's falling apart. That moment of uncertainty right before your life changes. (Relationship is failing) Verse 2: He gets home and his family life is dividing, it's coming undone. The last line is "I gotta rise above this madness before I go insane" sort of connects the two. It's him looking at both relationships from the outside saying "Why? Everything changes eventually so why hurt this way? Change it now." I guess the lyrics are more complex when you try and fit them in a specific notion like I've done but this song just became my favorite off OOTW writing this post!

FGL is just standard radio pop masquerading as country...

I'd say it's traditional country vs. pop country (or country-pop, or whatever way you'd want to slice it). The latter is influenced by the former, without being the former. If that makes any sense at all.

The album is really full of good songs that could be great singles in my opinion.. But what I really want are videos.. At least three songs in the album need a video. Flight is one of these songs that can not be leaved behind with no atention from the band.

Looks like Runaways will be the next single, judging by this official lyric video:

Haha I came here JUST to post that lyric video and say the same! Yesterday I heard Hurricane on the radio at the gym and I nearly jumped for joy. First time hearing it on the radio at all!
