Okay, random question here: What happened on April 17, 2008 at 3:36am that 143 users flooded these boards all in one day? I didn't even know there were that many Lifehouse fans in the world--haha--j/k! It's been something I've wondered about but not thought to ask until now. Anyone know the answer to that?

Hey, you should be getting some sleeps! You've got a big day ahead of you tomorrow. You'll want to be all bright eyed and bushy tailed for the Fray concert. Now because they're called The Fray are you supposed to say the The Fray concert or can you drop one of the the's? Oh dear, I fear this is making no sense.

Good questions. You wouldn't say the The Beatles concert, so I think it's okay. As for the forums being crowded, I think that was just an active time for Lifehouse. They were doing a lot of concerts, and everyone was excited. I might be wrong, but I think we got the chat room around then (or was it later?). Anyway, the chat room used to be frequented when it first arrived, but I don't know if it's active anymore. I check it every once in a while to see if anyone's on, but I guess the novelty wore off and everyone forgot it existed.

Anyone know the answer to that? oh gosh, i can't remember and it's really bothering me. i remember looking at that number and laughing when it happened thinking it would never happen again. i seem to remember there being some sort of live-streaming online concert thing? 3:36 eastern would be 12:36 pacific, i think it was something that they were supposed to do at midnight and it started late? i keep wanting to say it was that california show they played but the date is wrong. i may be totally off the mark. someone help me out, lol. |

Katelyn...the show you are thinking about was the San Diego show on 10/21/07 (I think). April 15th or 16th was the end of the spring tour, so April 17th doesn't make too much sense to me?!?!? I am thinking that this is a proboards hiccup and that the data is bogus -- seems like there is NO way that that many of us were online at the same time. I'm wondering if it could be the date that the we transitioned to the slightly new look on the board and with all of the "updating" that took place, maybe this number was left over from the update? Koen could help us with that. I don't remember when the boards were changed -- but discussion about the board changes/new look is in a thread somewhere around here. It may be easier to wait for Koen to wake up before going to dig for the date all that happened! |

Ok, i think i have some good news. Like i told before, my contract ends next week, January 15, but i think i already found a new job at another university. I'll have more details in a few days. Good luck, Francisco! I'll be thinking about you and keeping my fingers crossed! |

ok, i didn't think the date of that san diego show seemed right either. but i do think i remember there being a ton of people on the boards when they streamed that? maybe the date IS wrong, some stuff got changed around and messed up during that update. regardless, i think it's best i stop racking my brains to try to figure this out  |

regardless, i think it's best i stop racking my brains to try to figure this out probably so....because I think there is something fishy about the number. I remember the "most on at one time" number was something like 35 after the San Diego show....there is no way it was 143 though |

I think the number is right, and there was something going on that day, though I really cannot remember what that might have been. I think there were about 80 members online though, not 143, but the board also counts the guests (individual IP addresses) so I think that's why we got a high number.
