one of my best friends (and fellow lifehouse addict) wrote this for me, i thought you all would enjoy it. obviously, he embelished so parts and totally made up some others (if it's not obvious, lol).

22 years ago, Sally Palermo was about to go into labor for the FIRST TIME. She said to her husband, Sal, I'll do WHATEVER IT TAKES to get this baby out of me. After several hours of TRYING, leaving her OUT OF BREATH, Katelyn entered the world as a beautiful, 14 pound baby girl. Or was she a boy? Her gender remained UNKNOWN for the first 8 years of her life. In the mean time, Katelyn used the nickname SIMON on days she felt like a boy. Then, at age 8, Katelyn finally asked her sister Erin to MAKE [her] OVER. ALL IN ALL, Erin did a good job, and the Katelyn we know today was created. Enjoying her extremely heavy pudding, katelyn doesnt take anything for granted, enjoying EVERYTHING about her life. Now, with EVERYTHING going well for her, Katelyn hopes to live another 65 years, pushing her well into her EIGHTIES.
