Lol girls I had study ballet in my young age and I'll tell you one secret that Russian ballerinas do to be in shape. You can eat what you want, just never eat after 7pm . The diets doesn't works. You start think only about food when you on the diet. And you'll get back your weight very faster after any diet. Swimming exercises are very good it doesn't harm your spine and muscles don't hurts after training.

Well,I dunno how much you weigh, but when you've reached a certain point, you can't lose that much anymore. You'll get muscles that outweighes your loss in fat.
As long as you eat healthy and stay in shape, I don't see a need to focus on pounds lost and pounds taken. It's not the only factor counting. Feel good about yourself. I've got a friend that has anorexia, and how pretty she would be if she could get a little fat on her bones! She's pretty now too, don't get me wrong, but it's a lot better, in my mind, to have a bit shape then to be so thin.
That said, I play squash and have been seen in aerobic and soccer and outside in the woods jogging.

I don't really bother with my weight. I just have lots of sex which counterbalances all the chocolate I eat. If I started eating healthily no doubt I would lose a shitload of weight... but... to be honest, I prefer having a little bit extra. Well be carefull with that sex diet because while it keeps your weight down, it can make you very sick in another way . There are lots of overweight vegetarians . And being a vegetarian doesn't mean you're leading a healthy lifestyle. It really just means that you're less likely to get e-coli Being a vegetarian really does make you healthier...google it. I'm not saying you will lose 40 pounds the minute you become a vegetarian....just saying it's a step to take when concerned about health. Geeeeez Lisa/Minka, lol.

Gurl, we can debate this one all day because it's all based on a person. We didn't say it didn't make you healthier. We said it doesn't mean your a healthy person. Stop eating meat can make you healthier, but you have to do more than stop eating meat. A meat eater who doesn't smoke or drink and works out is probably in better shape than vegetarian that smokes, drink and doesn't work out. It's more to good health than diet and I just didn't want to give off that impression that being a veggie means healthier.

You can eat what you want, just never eat after 7pm . I feel this is accurate, though there are two personal trainers on another message board that I post on who love to argue about this. I do not eat in the 5-6 hours preceding bedtime (so my cutoff is around 5-6pm). I eat a big breakfast, a big lunch and a good-sized afternoon snack around 4-4:30pm. I've recently started tracking my calories and am getting about 1700 - 2000 per day, depending on what's for lunch (lunch is catered in where I work, so I just eat whatever is ordered). Last year before I started exercising, I stopped eating after 5-6 pm and I lost 15 pounds in 2 months. The not-eating-before-bedtime really is a key ingredient (hahha pun intended) to keeping my weight under control. But I want to lose more! I want to get down to a size 10 or 12! I could never be a vegetarian....I love meat way too much. Sorry Katie

I could never be a vegetarian....I love meat way too much. Sorry Katie That's what I used to say too! But then I found out that the avg American eats 3x as much meat as they need and then I learned about factory farming. I just tried eliminating meat for a weekend and it worked out and I stuck with it. It has honestly been THE magical solution to my problem. I love being a vegetarian sooo much more than I liked meat. Now when I buy groceries, I just ask where the vegan/vegetarian/health food section is and that's the only aisle I go to (hence eliminating unhealthy aisles). I realize that vegetarianism isn't for everyone, but just like anyone who tried something that worked, I want to promote it! I lost 5 lbs after only 14 days of cutting out meat and increasing my walking like 20 min per day. Just TRY IT!

It was probably more of the walking than cutting out meat. Not that I'm against being a vegetarian, but I am against people having the idea that it's meat that makes you fat. Depending on the meat and how you cook it has more to do with what makes you fat. White meat doesn't have fat so if you bake, boil, or grill it it's healthier and it gives you the protein your boby needs. Plus, it's healthier to have white meat than it is to have a protein bar because of all the sugars and fat in a protein bar. I don't eat meat much at all. In fact, I'll probably only eat meat like twice in a week and it's either fish, pork, or chicken breast. You take away the skin and cut off the fat and just eat the meat, you're good . But in fairness, vegetians are healthier in the sense that their colin is cleaner. Meat sticks to you and it's hard to get rid of so if anyone every runs into any "stool" trouble ( ), try giving up meat for about a month and it'll help you out
