Despite the July 8 release date, it arrived in my mailbox the other night and I've been soaking it in over the past few days. For any SF fans, it's a cross between The Beautiful Letdown and Fading West, with hints of Oh! Gravity and a totally modern sound that's very new. They're working with John Fields again, so it's super slick sounding, but as is the case with them there's lots of experimentation in the sounds and tones that echo through the record. My favourites right now are Holy Water, I Won't Let You Go, Hope is the Anthem, and Begin Forever (a bonus track from the Fading West sessions).

Just checked the record and in general it sound too cheesy for me. Too many songs sound too similar and boring in general. Apart from Looking For America no song has made me wanna listen to it again.
Hello Hurricane is still their best record to me. Vice Versas was ok and Fading West was just boring.
