As some of you may know, there is a podcast, hosted by the lovely Bridget:D, that is aaaaaaaall about Lifehouse: from their music to their hats:p the current episode talks about Lifehouse's new album, and we have an in depth but fun discussion about some of the songs on the album.

I'm eagerly awaiting the new episode of the spincast. I know it's available for download, but I prefer listening to it online. Do you guys happen to know when it will be up?

The Spin Cast has begun putting together multimedia videos taking the individual song discussions from Episode 18 and putting it together with live concert footage and pictures. We are doing a whole series of these. Our first was on "Moveonday" and you can watch it here:

I'm going to take this opportunity to throw in my two cents too
I really like the way the song starts out. The entire vibe in this song is pretty great. I like the buzzing type of feel. This may sound kind of stupid, but I think that the parts I like best are the parts where Jason is not singing Not a big fan of the lyrics. The verses are alright, I just find it such a pity that the chorus is soooo repetitive. I guess I just don't like repetition of the same words. I have the same feeling towards Nobody Listen...

In the video you guys talk about knowing what they mean with cell phone coma. Can anyone explain? I'm not sure how I should interpret that part...

well, to me personally the cell phone coma can reflect on multiple things: 1) that someone is driving you crazy on the phone, but you cannot not respond because the messages or phonecalls ask for a reply, but you are tired of it 2) the comatose state that some people seem to be in when they are busy with their phones 3) the constant demand of people as well as technology that makes you feel like being in a captive state 4: being famous and everyone expecting you to be available at all times 5 a bad relationship that you just got out of, but you can also not completely let go, and bicker over the phone..and so many other things:D whether that is correct or not,that's what it makes me feel.

I like your first interpretation. It allows me to make sense of the verse now.
The first part is about letting someone in that you really shouldn't. And then maybe that person is also calling on the phone the entire time. The phone is ringing and ringing. The owner can hear the phone, but isn't able to pick up anymore because he's tired of it. It's as if the owner of the cell phone is in a comatose state for cell phones. And then the verse goes on telling you to set it free. This "it" referring to the cell phone? Leave the cell phone behind. Run away from the troubles (i.e. cell phone) that is bothering you?

As I'm writing this, I'm starting to like this interpretation more and more
