Can anyone who ordered their album from the Lifehouse site (the one with the bundles) tell me if they had the same experience happen to them?
Soo I got my cd a day earlier. I got the 1st bundle. Now I am looking at the deluxe cd and such BUT where is this?
Includes 1 bonus track & 3 acoustic songs from the new album. (BGCDL802)
3 acoustic songs??? I have the 3 bonus tracks, lady day, pins & needles and rolling off the stone....
My understanding is that I would be getting tracks 11-13 plus the bonus track 14. THEN the 3 acoustic songs. Since the deluxe is 20 bucks. Why would I pay the extra money for just 3 songs more?
Please just let me know, maybe the Deluxe only has 3 songs, not even track 14 (Always Somewhere Close). Which is not worth $20. Sorry.
AND on top of this, iTunes doesn't recognize the album when I put my disc in to rip the songs. iTunes can't even name the songs and can't give the artwork...COME ON!

i ordered the deluxe off amazon today. here's the link to what i purchased: www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00A1EOAOW/ref=ox_ya_os_productlifehouse's website was wayyy too confusing and expensive so i decided to go with amazon since i knew whatever was included in option 2 (deluxe album) would be the same as what was on amazon most likely |

That's the same one I got. To:"thelifefan", what "y2ksummergirlie" purchased off of amazon, is the same as mine. There is no extra bonus track or acoustic songs.
This doesn't make sense. I don't know why the Lifehouse site could make a big mistake like this.

I bought the super deluxe Superman Fortress of Solitude verion...will I get the acoustic tracks? Have they been scrapped all together or does anyone know what they are?

My guess is it was simply an error and there are no acoustic tracks. Haven't seen them mentioned anywhere else.

No acoustic songs and no "Always Somewhere Close". Also, iTunes probably won't recognize any song names or cover for the album; mine didn't. I bought the 14th song off of iTunes's Deluxe version  |

I don't know if this was mentioned yet or not, but did anyone else notice that "Almeria" is spelled "Alemeria" on the spine of the vinyl?

WOW! no, I didn't see that. I guess they just didn't care enough to double check.
Just like in the lyrics for Aftermath, there are two lines that are printed, but are not sung. The last two lines,

Called Bravado today... spoke to a woman who is looking into the Deluxe Album issue.
She went to lifehousemusic.com/order and saw herself that it says 1 bonus track + 3 acoustic tracks. She said she would contact the "client manager" to see how we can get our hands on these acoustic tracks (if we can of course, unless it was a misprint - which is a pretty big whoops IMO).
I also noticed (my order shipped yesterday) that the order did not ship with the Exclusive Tour book. She says it's on back-order with no ETA. I explained that I ordered it within just a couple hours of the pre-order going live (10/19) and assumed ordering so quickly it would guarantee that my order would be fulfilled as one of the first. She said she isn't sure.
I asked for an ETA of when she would get back to me (via email she said) and was told "hopefully today, if not, tomorrow" and that it "depends on the client manager".
Hopefully we'll see this all resolved. Kinda bummed that they aren't very organized with this whole pre-order =(

Yeah, we probably talked to the same woman haha. I called them Monday night around 6:30 with the same question. She replied with the same thing she said to you. She said she would either call me or email me. I doubt this will happen, however, because on their site now, they did change the 1 bonus track and 3 acoustic songs from the album to 3 bonus tracks.
Sooo sadly, it was just a BIG typo. As for your Tour Book, I hope you get it. I actually got two. One signed and one not....

lifehousemusic.com/order Option #2 still shows the acoustic tracks.
Fan book is at 1-4 weeks for backorder in case anyone else is in the same boat. Lady said today if I chose a faster shipping method I might have gotten it. I wonder if the book is supposed to be signed or the CD?

the cd wasn't signed for me, just the booklet. It wouldn't make sense if the other bundle has more than the first bundle (song wise)
