I found this article that says:

"In addition to the title track, the album's 11 songs include "California," "Celebrity" and "Southern Smile." "It's Never Gonna Hurt" was co-written with Lifehouse's Jason Wade. Cavo and Lifehouse toured together, opening for Daughtry."
