I'm not sure where i read it (i thought in the article interview in the american magazine) that they said they're going to tour for 2 years. 3 months is only the 3 months long US Tour. They will give more shows.

could be they take a little break to do promo, or to go overseas, or maybe they figure that they do three months, take off a few weeks and then go back on the road after the recharge. The constant touring definitely took a toll on them in the past, especially on Jason. I don't think there's been a tour where he didn't get sick on the road.

it's normal. remember the Goo goo dolls tour? It was only 3 months as well if I remember. It doesn't mean that that's gonna be the only tour this year, it just means that *THAT* tour will be a 3 months tour, then they'll probably have a couple weeks off and start another tour. Same way they did with Who We Are

Omg guys, I am SO excited!!!! I have always talked about how they should tour together and now it's actually happening. It's going to be difficult to get good seats without getting them online after they go onsale and paying more..that's what I had to do when I went to see them last November. It was a grat show (Cavo was with them then, too) and now it is going to be a million times better. Omg...just...omg, LOL! This is so great.! Two of my favorite bands. just can't believe it. Ahhhh!!! lolol

AHHHH I can't wait for more dates!! I am so excited about this I can't think straight. Even if I have a crappy seat. It is going to be pretty difficult to get a good seat. It was hard with just Daughtry, and I imagine it's going to be a bit harder this time. But I am just so thrilled! SO thrilled!!! I have been dreaming of this tour for the longest time, lol.

Also, from the Daughtry site, it was put out there by an admin that there's no GA this leg. I think there will be few chances to see the LH guys after shows. Daughtry buses get mobbed.

When I saw them in October in Ft. Wayne, IN at a coliseum there weren't many people out by the buses at all. I was very surprised. It wasn't a mob of people by any means. The guys came out and were able to talk to each person/group of people for a minute or two. I guess it depends on the area. Maybe you should come out here to go one! lol


EDIT: Hey Lara...my guess is that the lineup will be something like Cavo - Lifehouse - Daughtry

Seems to be that way. I have a theory based on stature of the bands, that maybe Lifehouse opens up for Daughtry now and later on he will return the favor.. but like I said, it's just a theory.

im sure lifehouse will be opening, which is absurd... sorry im not that big of a daughtry fan when he listed his influences on AI (all great 90s alt rock bands) and then put out records sounding like he wants to be 3 doors down...

oh well. maybe they'll headline in the summer or fall. im not going to see them play a 45min greatest hit set (paying which im sure will be more with daughtry headlining) and have the majority go to the headliner. lifehouse deserve better than that with what they've accomplished over the past 10 years.

I'm not mad or angry they open for Daughtry, but some of us European fans have been thinking of going to the States to see Lifehouse, but I'm not gonna pay for a flight, hotel, transportation, tickets, etc. if they are merely playing a 35 - 45 minute set as support for another act I do not like as much as I do Lifehouse.

i have a feeling i'm going to have to travel to get to one of these shows, i just know they're going to be in the area the week i'm in florida. the baltimore and providence dates all but confirm that... although i guess i could go to the baltimore show, it's not too long of a trek and we don't leave until the next day.

oh well, i guess it's better than them doing a ton of headlining shows while i'm out of town as i don't know how many shows i'd go to anyway. it's just not the same at seated venues and when they're just an opener. i like daughtry though, sounds like it'll be a good tour.
