Andrew McMahon solo performance - Modesto

I was in Modesto a week ago and caught a Matt show where Andrew McMahon opened with a solo acoustic performance. Just his voice and his piano. I'm not a huge Jack's Mannequin fan, but found Andrew's acoustic performance gorgeous. He played about eight of his own songs and did a duet cover of "I'm on Fire" with Matt.

Aww, I can't watch the videos at the moment, but I'm so jealous you got to catch one of Andrew's shows <3 Did you get to meet Matt/Andrew? I have a sudden urge to fly over to Detroit now to join a friend and catch Jack's Mannequin & Our Lady Peace together in the same night. Sigh.

apparently he's doing a solo tour. kate tried to get us tickets for his philly date and literally went to buy them at 10 on the dot....sold out. no way.

He's added another New York show, so it's possible he might add another in Philly, too.
