(well, kinda i guess) my friend is a HUGE linkin park fan and he told me about some contest kroq (an LA radio station) was having about some private show or something (real secretive apparently). so i entered, and i won! im pretty excited. apparently we may also get to see the new transformers movie (its this monday) before it comes out. so hopefully i can get someone to cover my shift but it sounds like a fun time to me! go summer!

get checked out. dont risk it. and i dont mean to frighten you, but i heard on the news today someone here (san diego) felt like she had the flu on sunday, went to the hospital, found out she had swine flu, and died on monday. and she was 20. soooo yeah lets hope san diego (and other places) dont get any more cases... And about the Swine Flu.. symptons are exactly the same as normal flu, just a little more intense over time.. you can easily test it with a simple blood test and if you make sure to replenish your fluids, are physically fit and have no other physical ilnesses it will be quite uncomfortable, but you should have no need to worry. But nevertheless, in the case of flu symptoms, always check a doctor, cause with all the mutations going on it could be quite tricky. I'd go, but Dad's very "You don't need to see any doctor but me" and he's adamant that all my symptoms are signs that I need to sleep on his schedule. I'm almost convinced I have DSPS, but blah. I'm not getting any worse. But if I have any more craptacular symptoms, I'll be sure to rush to hospital! Also, Allie: Congratulations on your fantastic marks! Well done! EDIT: Just fixing up the link. I didn't realise there were multiple entries for DSPS on Wikipedia.

I have work all day tomorrow too :-\ It seems I keep getting scheduled only on the weekends, which sucks because those are the only days my sister can come down for family events and I keep missing them. I'm grateful to have a job and make money, but sometimes I wish I could get better hours and have some free weekends.

i just saw No Doubt in concert for the first time, and they were AWESOME. Really? When I saw them on American Idol, Gwen was acting all whacked out and doing push ups and things on stage.. it was really... odd.. was she doing any of that tonight or when you saw her?? Glad you had a good time!
