Hey everyone!! sorry I have dissapeared for so long, my life has suddenly taken a turn for the busier. Im ALWAYS going it seems. Im always working, and doing things for a few Texas (and a couple Louisiana) bands, and going to there shows. We've got South By Southwest coming up here next week, along with something called Texas Rockfest, so Ive been putting in overtime helping with promotions for those things. I will do what I can to update on SXSW if anyone is interested in that. HoneyHoney will be here for that this year, and Rocco Deluca will be making a come back as well. Unfortuantely, both their shows are 21+ so I wont be able to see them, being I am a little over 8 months away from being 21....grrrrr lol. I will try to check back in sometime soon!  |

Oh, man. I keep hearing about people who want to go to a 21+ show but are just shy of 21. That's too bad. Ean was just talking about going to SXSW on Twitter. (I'm stalking him now, lol) It sounds exciting.

my SXSW schedule is mainly comprised of Texas bands that Ive been wanting to check out because of friends bands. There is a lot of free, all ages/18+ shows during the day that Im gonna hit up. Im getting insanely excited about SXSW! 2 days away!! 30-33 shows in 4 days.....30 bands...."could you tell me how could this be any better than this?" Ive got TONS of friends coming in for this, so they are finally coming to see ME for a change! LOL

I'm actually almost reluctant to turn 21. Being 20 still gives you that tiny privilege of screwing things up and blaming it on your naivety. 21 however... full responsibility. Oh well, we'll see how that turns out. Anyway, Becky, have fun at SXSW! I know a few friends that would be around that area too during the festival. I say, if you have a chance to check out this singer [url=www.zeeavi.com[/url]Zee Avi[/url] (formerly known as KokoKaina), let me know what you think of her music! :] She sounds almost Norah Jones-ish, although I've never taken a liking to listening Norah Jones. However, Zee's raw raspy vocals almost make her lovely to listen live. . |

SXSW week has officially kicked my ass....but it was OH SO FUN!!!...the 21+ thing really seemed to not apply to me for some of the 21+ shows, because I have wicked awesome friends that wound up being able to get me in. Ive got 300+ pics from over the four days and a video that I want to share with yall.

. I'd also like to know if anybody has an HD copy of Lifehouse at Pinkpop 2003. BY far their best concert ever
