All those lamps on stage remind me of the Lifehouse's WIT video.
Mean people suck!
That person missed out on a great opportunity to make a friend of you. She must not realize all the cool photos and videos you'd have shared with her if she could have been a decent human being. She was ironically right about the karma thing though--she just doesn't realize that the bad stuff's coming to HER! She kind of lacks the whole spirit of the message of the Fray, huh?

Sorry you had to deal with ugly people -- it's a mood killer when that happens.
I guess my best advice to minimize drama next time is to find your spot right away when entering the venue -- make friends with those around you.....THEN, go get shirts, drinks and a bathroom run. Normally, people are pretty kind about letting you back in.
The one exception that I can think of is Milwaukee last summer -- I was CERTAIN that if any of us left our spots --- it was over, we were never getting back!

Oreo there are always those looneys at concerts, especially up close. She was going to say anything just to get a rise out of you. I think it speaks volumes that her boyfriend wouldn't do anything for her. He knows she is being a creep. Let it go. I know it's hard but just let it go. We know who you are. Believe me if you did something the security would've come and you would've missed the show completely.

i have to say Fray fans don't impress me as the best people. during their 2007 tour, a tech guy threw me one of their setlists at the end of their show and this girl comes out of no where and grabs half of it. she twisted my arm under hers and was trying to pry it out of my hands. i finally just let go because my pinky was really hurting and i was afraid she broke it. i can't stand Fray fans.

^^ that's crazy!! i'm so sad they're coming to TLA and i can't go. the show sold out, like most, in the unfair pre-sale.  i hope they do more club shows around the area cause i want to see them in a smaller venue. i hope you guys have fun at the shows! I was in the car today, and heard on PST that they are offering like a chance to go to a Fray soundcheck party or something. I didn't hear any details, but it could be something to look into |

thanks guys  and klein, thanks for that! that made me laugh once again! I've talked to other fray fans before and have never met anyone that evil before. Yuliya, you should look into that, it would be awesome to meet the guys(if you're a fan and that's what they're offering), because they are really nice. I've never met them, but a friend of mine caught them in New York back in '07 and got to meet them after a show and they were super sweet. I'm still working on uploading my videos---youtube has been so slow lately! |

I was in the car today, and heard on PST that they are offering like a chance to go to a Fray soundcheck party or something. I didn't hear any details, but it could be something to look into i just heard about this the other day. they're having a soundcheck party with a meet and greet afterwards plus you get a pair of tickets to the show. it's for members of their loyal listener club. you can either "buy" your way in for a ton of points (everything is based on a points system) or for fewer points, enter the raffle for a chance to win. i'm in the club but usually just fill out the music surveys so i don't have many points but i'm crossing my fingers one of my raffle entries will get chosen! if anyone wants more info it's all on their website. |

i won tickets from pst for the show!!!! we also get to see soundcheck and do a meet and greet! woohoo! i was totally not expecting to win so when the pst guy called and woke me up this morning i was quite shocked. now i have about 24 hours to learn all the new stuff  |
