I'll probably update when I remember more. It's hard to keep track of this stuff. Songs: Delta Goodrem - In This Life<3 I can't really explain why, but it just sounds so huge and the chorus is so easy to sing along to. Jordin Sparks - TattooI heard this on the radio and was like "dang, who's this?" Laura Marling - New RomanticIf she included this song on her debut album, I think it would be number 1. Albums: David Bowie - The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders from MarsBefore, the only song i knew was the one that goes "ground control to major tom" The Incredible String Band - The 5000 Spirits or the Layers of the OnionI was listening to NPR and they had Will Sheff on and he said he was listening to obscured stuff like this band. Red House Painters - Songs for a Blue GuitarI've been a fan of Sun Kil Moon for a while, but I didn't know he had a band in the 90s. It's pretty much the same except more depressing. "Have You Forgotten" is seriously one of the best songs I've ever heard. And even Liza likes it so that must mean something. The Stone Roses - The Stone RosesRemember a while ago, I asked for good albums from the 80s? well this was the only one that I found that I liked completely. yay. Vashti Bunyan - Just Another Diamond DayI was wikipedia-ing some stuff on Animal Collective and it some how led me to her. This album is ridiculously good if you're into that smokey folk stuff.

not very lifehouse like, but I really like Eisley. I found out about them back in February. there's also a band I discovered recently called Tilly and the Wall. they use a tap dancer instead of percussion(most of the time).

Ray Charles - Spirit of Christmas ;D I love that CD, it became my fave. Christmas CD. I wish I could also find Ray Charles Celebrates a Gospel Christmas, Brenda Lee - Christmas Collection and Jewel Joy - A Holiday Collection CDs.
