I really hope that you will be able to celebrate and have some good times on your birthday. Things have been so incredibly tough for you lately, and I feel you deserve some good tidings now. You're always such a strong and incredibly empathic person who is always willing to help others.
Just know that we are all here for you, and don't be afraid to lean on us! Try to enjoy your birthday and have some good fun, because you deserve it, and you need it.

I'm not gonna wish you a Happy Brthday, because I know how it feels to get all the wishes and when everyone is expecting that you're happy, when you don't feel like there's a reason for it.  I just wish you that you get good thru this day and that it will be better than you expect it. And hopefully you have some friends who will you distract you today and bring you to have some fun or at least get you drunk  Hugs and kisses my dear! |

Thank you so much friends! I had almost no time to plan my B-day, so I didn't expect much. The first part of the day was rather sad. The weather sucked, although it's probably the warmest 5th of November in my life (+15 Celsius degrees!). I was alone in my room at work because my coworker has to fight cancer and will go to therapy in the next weeks. And of course I had to think about Dyta and that I will miss her B-day wishes... Although I was there by her grave on Sunday and her Polish family here welcomed me with open arms and made a dinner for me... That was really special and touching. To make myself feel a bit better I decided to go to a grocery store after work. I bought a chocolate B-day cake and candles - you probably cannot imagine it but I haven't been lighting candles on a traditional B-day cake for many years... So I guess I came back to the roots... I didn't expect any guests - my friends finish work later than me or are too busy with their lives, and my relationship with my parents isn't that great... But to my surprise both my mom and dad showed up this year (and brought another B-day cake, so I had two), my brother and many friends called me to wish me a happy B-day... So it wasn't that bad. I got a few DvD's and Flower by KENZO But the best gift was that my grandfather was released from hospital today... but he also gave us another adrenaline rush! I can say he totally stole the show - he escaped the hospital before my dad came to pick him up! I am so happy that he made it home somehow, without hurting himself. My dad found him in the front of his block, but I guess you can imagine all the stress we had... So now I desereve some rest, and probably some strong drink as Minka suggested. My B-day celebration with friends has been rescheduled for Saturday, I want to go for a nice trip out of town... Thank you all for being there for me, I waited all day long to come here and check this post, you all give me strength and brighten up my life :* |
