yayy. I know, but the only problem with that is that I'm still not exactly sure when they'll have it in, but they're working on it, so that's a good sign!

I know; it's so true about the guys. Every time I have met them, I have always have been so star struck, and it has been kind of hard for me to get the words out, and they have always sat there smiling at me and then really appreciating what I've have had to say! Jason is always like ohh, yeah?!??! you're so sweet! haha.. they are so easy to flatter! Anyway, thanks for the compliments! They are really appreciative. Also, I really want to tell the guys my whole story and about the deep rooted connection with "Simon", but I'm so afraid that I will end up crying, and I would feel like an idiot. (Of course, that would probably flatter them to see that I have an authentic connection with their music. Any suggestions?? I know Becky has done it, and I always compliment her for being so brave, Anyway, any suggestions would be appreciated!

And like people have said I think they look at these boards. Is Becky really 15?!!..her website is awesome and so professional! The Becky that I'm speaking of is 19. Yeah, maybe what you're saying is true! Maybe I will become more comfortable with them, but it would still be a hard thing to do while trying to restrain my emotions!

Wow, I haven't been on here in forever! Karla, you never told me what happened to your chair! What's up with that?? lol. Anyway...hopefully you will be getting that new one soon.
I had an idea. Maybe if you could write down everything you want to tell the guys. Then if you get the opportunity, you could try to talk to them about it. If it doesn't work out, you could give them the paper you wrote and have them read it right there. It's not the same as actually telling them, but it could have the same results. I get so nervous when I talk to people sometimes...I end up saying the wrong words, and it's a mess lol. Today I was in science lab and went to throw something away in the bio hazard bin (petri dishes) and there was paper towel in there, when it shouldn't be. Instead of saying that, I announced that someone had thrown toilet paper into the bin. LOL. That's only a small thing, but embarrassing nonetheless.

Hard to believe, because her website it so big and she runs like 6 other sites, too.

Karla, I told Jason about my dad thing in Utica, I almost cried, it was really hard. But you know what, he is so sincere and caring it made it so much easier to tell him. I think if you are able to see him with a small group around it will be easier to pull him away and then it makes it a lot easier and more comfortable. You can even whisper it to him, thats how I started to talk about things.

There is NO doubt absolutely NONE that I would burst out into tears, but like I said before, I think he would be very, very appreciative of my out burst because he would know that I genuinely connected to the music. Did you just tell him about your situation or did you relate it to a particular song? Or did you just feel the need to tell him about it because we know of his struggles with his family and knew he would be able to relate??

Actually I just got my latest Lifehouse tattoo a week before the show so I showed it to him. Its from Somebody Else's Song and I told him about my dad and we mention his dad stuff and showed him my tattoo and he flipped and gave me the biggest hug ever. But I found out about my dad not being my biological father a week after his birthday and I told him that and he asked if I was okay and I just felt like thanking him for everything and caring so much and his music. So yeah thats how I told him.

Karla....so sorry it's taken me so long to comment here. I've been out of town for a week and only peeking in occasionally.
Thanks for the explanation of your condition. I wanted to know as well, but didn't want to spend our first visit together talking about that. I appreciate you filling us in now though!
Also, best of luck working through getting your wheelchair replaced -- I KNOW it has to be frustrating!
