i got a job at a camp for adults with developmental disabilities... should be interesting! That's awesome! I have a developmental disability. Do most of the people you're going to be working with have Cerebral Palsy or what??

Well I managed to open the video in Windows Movie Maker, and then save it as high quality large or small. But...it didn't help the video quality. It looks fine on my comp, but then when I upload it it looks horrible. Is there anything I can do about that?

it compresses the video so it doesnt take hours for people to download. thats why it looks worse than on your computer.

Is there anything I can do about that? hallo, have you tried fixing the settings so that the vid to be uploaded is at 640x480 resolution & 30fps? according to somewhere in youtube's help page that's the ideal size and frame rate, since yt resizes everything...the downside being the file will be bigger and thus take longer to upload... but there's a noticeable improvement in the YT vid if the vid was originally at 640x480 & 30fps (more noticeable when viewed in high quality) speaking of viewing high quality, how does your vid look on YT when you append &fmt=18 to its url? (which trick i totally learned from this board ;D)

Breann, I have been converting with the following option in Windows Movie Maker/Save file to Computer option Video for LAN (768 Kbps)This has been working quite well for me.

I had a horrible day! I was running late for work, got pulled over going 84 in a 70 got off with a warning but got a citation for my windows being tinted, then I was late for work and got 2 points for being late then I get home and find out that my windows are factory tinted and can't be removed. So, within 15 days I have to buy new windows for my car which is around $400-$500 or pay the $145 fine and possibly be pulled over again. This sucks.

OK i'm really pissed off. I had to bring my computer into repair because it stopped working and the technician accidently formatted the wrong drive when trying to repair it so now I've lost a TON (about 70 Gigabytes) of very very personal files. I'm just running a recovery program on the drive but I don't know how much of it I will be able to recover.. On top of everything they charged me $50 for "fixing the problem"... I'm so getting that money back tomorrow morning.

Ugh, this is horrible stuff!!
I'm not having anymore luck than you guys. I've been having phone troubles off and on for awhile. It would go through a spell of freezing every 15 to 20 seconds, so I couldn't text. It was a big deal to me, because I always text, lol. But it would only do it for a day or so, every so often. Then a week or so ago it decided to act that way for about 4 or 5 days. By the time I was about to go completely insane, it stopped. And now...NOW...the dumb thing is doing something even more ridiculous. I opened the phone and realized that the screen was black. I opened and closed it, and still nothing. I restarted it: nothing. I took the battery out: nothing. It's been like this all day. I can't make any calls, because I can't see who I'm calling. And obviously I can't text. I want to throw it in the trash. I guess I need a new one, but I really don't want one....I have really liked this phone. Plus, I have ringtones on it I don't want to lose. I found a website that would let you make your own, then send it to your phone. This usually doesn't work for Verizon, but it did. Then recently I went back to the site to make another, and it would no longer allow tones to be sent to Verizon phones. Verizon must have caught on. I REALLY don't want to lose these tones...one is of quasi interlude, and one is of my favorite part of my favorite song (ses) and you can't buy either of those. Uuuuuuugh.....
Also just now, my sister and I were trying to buy Sara Bareilles tickets. We were going to until we realized they were $20...not bad...but then on top of that they are adding $9.15 to each ticket for service charges. Is it just me, or is that beyond ridiculous? Plus, I think you have to pay for parking. My sister is going to try to call them tomorrow to see if we can get them more cheaply. Who knows if we'll end up going...

Clayton. If I can stand living with Van :-\ I seem to be really irritable at the moment. I can't get along with anyone. Maybe it's just because I can't play WoW?
