Joe and I got engaged two Saturdays ago (June 28th)! Sorry this is so late for you guys BUT I had to keep it a secret because I was seeing most of my you in Milwaukee this past weekend and I wanted to tell people in person. Anyways, here's the story:
The proposal was very sweet! He took me out to dinner downtown and then we walked around where we had our first date. Then he led me into this church court yard and started talking about history and I was like "Gah, not again"
Then he walked me up these church steps and got on one knee. I actually don't remember much of what was said; My head was going crazy and I made him sweat it out for a good 15 minutes while I processed things and tried to think it through. I did eventually say yes (obviously) and he called everyone he knew 
I've had the hardest time keeping it from my friends since Milwaukee was coming up soon- it was a perfect opportunity to tell everyone at once. I failed on quite a few of them.. since Cayte, Katie, Jadeline, Dara, Karen, etc. all already know but what could I do? I needed to tell someone! Anyways, it's been good - we're looking at either an April wedding or a fall wedding - I'm not completely set on one or the other yet. I'm leaning torwards April 5th because that's my grandparents anniversary and I think that would be cute and they'd like it. I'm more focused on the moving and the job at the moment and as soon as some of that calms down I'll be able to think and prepare more.

. I'd also like to know if anybody has an HD copy of Lifehouse at Pinkpop 2003. BY far their best concert ever
