I just read through that post over there. Have any of them heard of the spelling & grammar check? Maybe their forum just doesn't offer it as a message editor option. Aye carumba! It was pretty amusing though. I also got much amusement out of the scenario that a Lifehouse fan might call her the "b" word and a fight would break out. ;D

And what's the median age there? At least there's one person there who has a level head on their shoulders. They put it all better than I could.

I agree the genre matching is so terrible here, it's almost non-existent. I would rather the whole pairing thing didn't happen at all either, but I wouldn't diss Duff either. She's another performer in her own craft, just one pretty dufferent than Lifehouse . I honestly don't care where artists start, be it American Idol or Mickey Mouse or their garage. How they carry themselves beyond that is what's important, and comparing her to others of her roots... well... let's just be thankful it isn't Xtina or Britney we are dealing with. I'd be puking blood. I just hope Lifehouse isn't wasting their time and can actually win over some fans.

No, they aren't... Hilary is on Hollywood Records I had a picture in my mind of some Geffen peeps that throw pieces of paper, with the names of all the Geffen artist, in a hat and pull 2 out, and those 2 tour together, and that's how we got together with HD. Watch out Britney, you're touring with the Wu-Tang Clan ;D But when I did look up yesterday wich label she's on, it was to my surprise not Geffen but Hollywood Records. Weird, weird. That's it with my lil theory

i'm guessing she's probably a fan of them or something? but still, that's weird that they're touring together because they have such different music. and i totally though they were on the same label too. because that would make a little more sense. lol.

i think alot of us assumed they were on the same label. now the whole thing is more weird. i've said before that i actually really like HD. I have her first album. But to have LH touring with her is just insanity because of the extremities in sound and fan base. No diss to HD, but you don't put a rock band with a pop star. the two just don't mix. and this may sound mean, but it is a little embarrasing. my boss actually said LH can't be a real band if they're touring with HD. Pretty much meaning HD is for kids and LH is for a more mature audience.

Oh hell yea... it's definitely embarrassing - it discredits us so badly which is something we don't need since most people don't even know who we are anyways. It's an all around bad decision but it's only 7 shows so hopefully they'll go by quickly without anyone noticing..
