New Myspace Blog posted by Jason, he seems to be having a good time!!
Today was a great day. We just got off stage at Mohigan Sun Casino, and had a great show. Now I'm in the back lounge of the bus just thinking about how well this tour is going. Two highlights for me personally so far was playing Red Rocks in Denver, and Jones Beach in New York, two places I have always wanted to play. Jones Beach was actually one of our first gigs that we ever played but our stage was sandwiched inbetween the porto-potties and the hot dog stands, so that doesn't count. The response on the new songs has been great and it is so refreshing to have new tunes to play. Still adjusting to sleeping on the bus again (not that you can ever get used to sleeping in a mini moving coffin) but we have this new driver Skip who is amazing and is making the transition to being on the road again painless; plus he looks and smells exactly like my Grandpa Rupert which I find very comforting. Tomorow we have the day off in Atlantic city so me and Bryce are probably gonna hit the tables, and Rick will be practicing his new brilliant dance routine in his room. We will be checking in periodically after the shows for the rest of this tour with random information that might be interesting or might just be really weird. Goodnight,
Jason

Katie, has Krizzle been training you? You've been really quick on the news lately! Haha, yeah. I've been taught well. But I don't think my news streak will last very long. lol By the way (kinda), I can't wait to see you in Alpharetta...although I probably should have put that in the Alpharetta thread...oh well.

haha Yes, she's my little Protege! <3 I enjoyed that letter! I took a random nap and had the best dream EVER and then woke up and saw we had a letter from Jason - it made me happy! Felt like old times. (and here's what the dream was if you want to know: For some reason jas played a private show for all the die hards and we were all there and he said like really nice things about us and talked to us about songs and he played "No Name Face"!! (I HEARD IT! It's a piano ballad and it has amazing lyrics by the way ) and me and Cayte were sitting on a piano bench which apparently was the special seat in the house and when he started playing NNF it flew around him like a carousel.. I was scared to death cause Cayte kept rocking the seat but it was pretty awesome!)

I would love for it to be a piano ballad, but considering the other tracks on No Name Face and considering that Jason only picked up playing the piano later (or at least for songwriting), I doubt it

i just read it. i love getting random updates from them.
haha, i love that dream, kristi. speaking of dreams...i also had a lifehouse dream last night. it was really weird. there are other parts to it, but i'll just mention the part that involved the guys....for some reason i was just walking backstage at one of their show with a guitar in hand and found them. we talked for awhile and then the backstage area turned into my basement...i mentioned to rick how much i loved "the rick song" and said i knew how to play it, (even though i have no idea how to play the guitar). so i sat down and played the song for them and they could stop laughing. it was weird. i love dreaming about them though.
