Does anyone know where I can find the audio for the new Idlewild live DVD? It's not available over here in the ole U S of A, and I don't know if it will be. If anyone could help me out I would really appreciate it.

Yay, live Idlewild! That'd be awesome if you could, Koen! The only live Idlewild concert that I have would be the 1998 Live in Tokyo one. Even that I'm not too sure if it's still in my desktop at home. Give it another few more weeks though, there should be an audio of the live DVD sometime soon. (Hopefully!) The nearest copy closest to me would be from HMV Hong Kong which was released earlier this week. You could try HMV Canada? Perhaps in the weeks to come, you'll find more videos like this popping up over at youtube: youtube.com/watch?v=PloKFBbbKD0

I don't have the DVD yet, so all I can hook you up with is the audio.. but I'm sure the video will popup everywhere in a little time too.. it should be on amazon though

It's a 17 track CD, but it comes bundled with a DVD that features about 14 live songs from Aberdeen Music Hall along with other extra footages.

well, I guess that'll have to wait until I get the DVD (which will take appr. 2 weeks), because I wasn't able to find the live part online

I've finally got my hands on it. The CD/DVD, that is. After much hassle. Definitely wasn't too easy on the pockets either but it's certainly worth it. As much as I would love to get the audio DVD for you, I'm pretty much a noob when it comes to ripping audios off streams/DVDs etc. (I leave these things to people like Koen ) The only audio programme I use would be Audacity. Now, if someone would guide me through steps to get a good rip of the audio, I certainly wouldn't mind doing that with my DVD. Perhaps a better application to rip audio with a friendly user interface?

if you can save/rip the video files to your computer, you can convert it to mp3 through Total Video Converter (even though it's called T. Video C., it also converts audio, lol)
