After very poor album realease (US only, no bonustracks as regular tracks, some 12-year old kiddie Harry Potter party, Bratz etc..), Geffen is doing this so what is next? All I can say now is f*ck you Geffen and _everyone_ who is doing this!

^ Word. I'm rather disappointed. As much as I would like to support LH/Geffen, this is honestly not gonna get them anywhere in terms of fans that would appreciate the band for the beauty of their music - in the long run. Oh, but you'd be surprised I guess.. as these kids grow up, they might just learn to love LH since they were already exposed to them in a younger age. But but.. having LH fans that are actually HD fans to begin with.. Well, that's just ..  |

I haven't read everyone's post yet. I just got off the official site before I came here. Seriously, this is F*&^ing insane!!! How low can we go? yes, i do think this is something to get upset about because this is just rediculous. I've been having a weird uneasy feeling about LH lately, and I'm starting to see why. I'm completely pissed and embarrased, to say the least!

And I actually like HD. I have her 1st CD. But to put the 2 together on the same page is just a disgrace. I just told 2 people at work about this because I was so mad I was yelling at my computer, and they just about died laughing and said that this is bad! Yeah, I'm really embarrased!  |

You're probably right, Jolene, but I'm still going to say something. I also sent a question to ask Lifehouse today asking wtf is geffen doing trying to make Lifehouse into a little kid band. I'd rather see them opening up for classic rock artists that are still out touring than freaking Hillary Duff. I know a lot of "older" fans who love Lifehouse and will actually go out and pay for the damn CD.
These HD brats are not going to like Lifehouse for any other reason than Jason is "cute". So they'll get home and illegally download the CD and fantasize about Jason. Great work Geffen. Mission accomplished.
(Can you guys tell I'm really pissed about this?)

Koen, I know with you hosting the mb you've really stepped up into a....moderator---keep the peace position, but really, it's okay to get angry, you're a fan, you're allowed to have an opinion and express it I was just stating my opinion I just thought it wasn't worth getting upset about... And also, I wonder how much this is Geffen. Cause usually the management is the one that goes about the bookings/shows, and I have no idea how much Geffen is involved in Lifehouse's management. If they are, then it is likely Geffen, but if not, then I REALLY start to wonder what for Pete's sake is going on
