Koen is correct! Little Carter showed up a week ago tonight and he is totally perfect. He shocked us by showing up a couple of weeks early. I'm sure the reason that is is because he wanted to come out just in time for the second presidential debate.

I've posted plenty of photos on his blog (http://carterthomaszilm.blogspot.com), and will keep updating it.
