Is the show filmed in advance? Cause I know on the Lifehousemusic, they listed as performing on the 11th at 1:35 A.M. lol, I just don't want to miss it on tv.

I'm pretty sure they film in advance because I went to Carson's website to double check and it said they were performing wed the 11th. I got confused because technically the 11th at 1:35am is tuesday night but i guess to avoid confusion they still say the show is on the day that just finished? So I guess it's on Wed night but I'll watch tonight and tomorrow just in case, lol.

so I'm back! My friend Mackenzie went with me. We got there around 4 and there was already like 20 people in line. What I thought was really bizarre was this kinda old dude sitting at the very front of the line w/a fold out chair. I've never seen this guy before at any LH stuff. Umm. ...guess he's a huge fan. Idk, he just didn't seem like the LH type. Random. ok so we wait outside for awhile, and allie and her friend becca come and get in line w/me. so they check id's and then let us up to the studio. We had to wait outside the studio a little longer. There we saw Allana. The we were talking about our plan once we got inside. I knew exactly where to sit b/c I had been there before, so when they tried to put us up in the stands, i was like no way, jose! so we talk to this dude that works there that I had been flirting w/before (hey, you gotta make friends in high places), and asked if we could sit on the floor. He tried to make us sit on the far side, but we girls had our own ideas. So, we ignore him and sit right by the empty floor where we will stand for the concert. So, anyways, they make us practice clapping and laughing, yada , yada, yada...We actuaLly taped 2 shows. The first one was some Save the EArth guy who was at the Live Aid concerts and wrote some book w/100 was to save the planet. (100? are u kidding me? i can come up w/100!) then they pretend had Joss Stone on their outdoor stage (why the heck can't they do LH on an outdoor stage?) so then we switched seats for the 2nd show. the guest was Sucre from Prison Break and don't know who he is in Transformers. He was so cute..aww! He goes to my church, btw. Anyways, so then they try to walk us up to the stage and tell us where to stand. Heck, no, you ain't even gonna tell me where to stand, i'll be in front of Jason, thank you very much. So, we box out and take the places that Allie, Becca, and I had planned out. I think we might be in the shots a lot, I could see the camera on me. So, they come out super fast, and jason and bryce and ben all wave at us. Jason was wearing a plain, black, long-sleeved shirt. (someone please buy this man some clothes! i mean, he has to get some kind of clothing stipend for tv appearances, no?!) Bryce's shirt had holes in it! but he wore some jacket over it. Rick was wearing black too. Black, black, black! So they're all smiling and looking around (I got a wave from Jason and Bryce_, then the show people tell us to clap, and carson intros them. They play First Time. From what I could feel behind me, the crowd was rockin! They were really into it and having a good time. I couldn't see Rick, though. After, they had to all stand in a line w/Carson and the Sucre guy and pretend to say bye (they had told us they were going to sing another song before). t was weird for a second b/c Mackenzie and I were talking about Ben and Bryce's tattoos, and I think Ben could hear us b/c he was staring at us and Mackenzie was like, "wups, he's all staring at me know!" anyways, Then they reset and Winnie came out and was telling Jason something for a long time and Jason was making a funny face. I don't know what? So, we were making guesses on what song, and it was Broken! Def its next single if they are playing it for tv shows. So, we get all excited b/c I had played it for Mack in the car. Beautiful job, however, not as into it as I had previously seen done. Tv is hard though, b/c it just feels so rushed, not authentic getting into the vibe. you can't take your time. But Jason still gave his all. Bryce and Ben were rocking out too, but there wasn't much room on the stage, so you gotta stay stationary. So, they ended and smiled. We got waves from all again, sad face from me. Winnie came out and Allie asked for something, but I don't know what. I said hello to him too. Then they all rushed us out, security everywhere. We didn't wait around b/c they dont' park in the lot right where we are, and there are a million entrances. so, we left. so now, i've got the after concert blues. 2 songs and 15 mins is SUCH A TEASE! its really hard. it seems like it wasn't even real. i remember everything, but it seems like it never happened. it was all just a dream...

ashlyn pretty much said it all! it was a good show. lots of energy considering the stage is so frickin small and its rather rushed.. btu yeah, the camera men were all up in our faces so thatll be interesting to see:) but sheesh, that guy talking about the live earth stuff was gorgeous! and had an accent...
