the state covers most of my tuition fee, but I still have to cover about $3000 myself.. And the living costs are a bit higher(housing is ridiculously expensive). Otherwise it's financially about the same for me I think.. So there will be concerts hopefully, many facebook anyone?

Over here I pay like $2000 for tuition (per year) and for housing it's about $2400 (per year)
In the US it'll be $25,000 for tuition (per year) and for housing like $8500 (per year)
considerably more, but for the housing it should be only half of that since we would split the rent

wow.. that is a lot more. That sucks I'm very lucky to be living in Norway I guess.. I don't pay for my school now (or I do pay, 65$ for a semester.. All of which goes back to the students), and I also get a loan from the state loan funds.. Which is about $13000 a year, whereas about $5000 is a scholarship if you pass your exams.. I think it's a brilliant concept, in that way you don't have to be rich to get a proper education. Very social-democratic, I like that . Housing here is about $5-6000/ year. Weird that housing costs more here then in Holland, considering the amount of people.. Well, it IS Trondheim

Nakedness was actually "frowned upon". However, if you had a dental floss or something to cover the most important parts, it was ok. So I had to wear my bikini But it didn't want to stay on all the time, the top I mean. The waves had a tendency to expose me, particulary those at Lopes Mendes (supposed to be one of the best 10 beaches in the world. I can understand why.) At least until I made a friend of mine tighten it properly. Very nice to come home to 5 Celsius and snow.
