The band just posted a clip obviously from a studio with a new version of Come Back Down. Much slower and absolutely beautiful.

Yup, just heard it. So much better than the studio version, IMO. Maybe a new acoustic/live album in the horizon? If so, I hope they do one for Blind too; just like the slow version they did many years for their live set.

You don’t like the studio cut? I really like it. It’s one of their most underrated songs in my eyes.

I actually really like it too. It's just that I preferred the IG version one. Could be the 'honeymoon' effect though haha. Always had those effect though whenever they release a new song

I wish it were for some sort of an acoustic album but I highly doubt it. They have a string of shows already lined up, and they at some point posted that they would be adding more...I would put my money on this just being a song Jason used to warm up before practicing with the full band for their shows coming up. He usually does this and it always has this kind of slowed down tempo. I hope they actually play CBD, but also wouldn’t be shocked if this was for warm up only.

Love love love it! CBD is one of their all-time greats in my opinion <3 Certainly doesn't sound acoustic to me; the last second the full band explodes into it and it sounds incredible! I'd be down for a '2019 Live In-Studio' album of the guys' favourite tracks from years past for sure.. especially if it was a double album with acoustic versions of songs too

I see last night they sound checked with Learn You Inside Out... pretty cool but I still hate to rain on your parades here. I think they just randomly pick songs sometimes to warm up with.
