Hey ladies and gentlemen. Luiz here and now for a little game. Answer the question: What song presented LH to you?

You and Me, circa 2007. I was listening to Howie Day's song "Collide" with a friend of mine, and he (mistakenly) said that Howie also has a band called Lighthouse. I did some research and found the error, recognized You and Me, bought it, then HBAM, and the first album I got of theirs was the self-titled one (around early 2009).

HBAM. Saw a commercial on MTV when it came out and the next time my parents went to Walmart I bought NNF and played it every day for almost a year. I learned guitar just so I could learn Sick Cycle Carousel. Still to this day when I see that album in stores I buy it. I probably have a dozen copies and still to this day consider it the best album ever made. NNF completely changed my life.
BTW, Simon is my all time favorite. Anyone have the Blyss version they'd care to share?

Not to get off topic, but it appears that Howie Day released a new album titled "Lanterns" about two weeks ago. It's no bad. It is much, much more mature than the previous two records. It might take me a few listens to grasp it.
Does anyone have the full version of DLD they'd be willing to share? Again, mine got lost between my old computer and my new one. Boo

I was one of Howie's pledgers for PledgeMusic. Lanterns is a really great album, like you said far more mature. He has a song called 'Treetops' that is the most breathtaking song I've heard this year. As for Diff's Lucky Day, here you are good sir: lifehouserevolutioncry.weebly.com/diffs-lucky-day.html Simon is in there too.

Thanks kingcarl! I've been waiting for a new Howie Day album and as of a few months ago thought I'd have to keep on waiting. Such a difference between this and Stop All the World Now but certainly for the better.
Just watched the webisode again and I really do hope that is Hourglass I'm hearing. It sounds amazing! I'm still super excited for Central Park to finally be released but out of anything I'd love to see LAX find the light of day (I work in aviation so I can only imagine how good this song could be). Anyone know any info about LAX as far as its potential release as the Collectors Edition exclusive track?

Anyone know any info about LAX as far as its potential release as the Collectors Edition exclusive track? For a while now I've had a hunch that LAX will be the collector's "Exclusive Bonus Track", but it's just speculation. Then again, when I saw the list of song titles on BMI last November, I pegged Hurricane being the first single! I also correctly guessed Angeline and another Paper Cuts track as bonus for this record (turned out to be Clarity), so maybe I have a sixth sense Jason recently mentioned in an interview that there was one song they all felt was chasing pop radio too much and scrapped it, so that could be it too. He said "this last album" though, so he could have been referring to Almería and the scrapped Lifehouse song Tired of Waiting.

Are we getting Angeline finally? I didn't see it on iTunes or Target but that'd be cool if we could see Japnese and UK bonus tracks like the good ol days!
I haven't heard of Tired of Waiting. Do you happen to remember which interview this was in? I'd love to read it.
