These have been very entertaining to read, thanks for copying and pasting them. I like that not once but twice Jason has commented on the new record being reminiscent of NNF. Thats something we have been asking for ever since Smoke & Mirrors was released.

"it's my favorite album in a long time"

Will #Seven be a new kind of Lifehouse sound or similar to an older album?
"a little of everything. Some songs definitely could have been on no name face"

Besides Flight, what is one of your most personal songs you ever wrote?
"broken. Somewhere in between. Storm"

Hi Jason! What is your favorite thing about Christmas?
"family"

"old jazz and big band music."

I think I'm right in saying that some fans have waited, oh, 13 years for him to say that.  Interesting to hear how much he likes jazz; I know that he's been a fan of Nat King Cole and Billie Halliday for a while, wonder if any of that will shine through on this new album?

oh and would you consider playing "Just Another Name" or "Stanley Climbfall" for me if I ever get to go to a lifehouse concert?
"sure!! I like both those songs."

what are you looking forward to most in 2015?
"touring again!!"

Is the band returning to it's musical roots / style?
"there are three or four songs that could have been on no name face"

Please tell the inspiration behind The Joke, I've always loved the song and the lyrics
"it's a song about bullying"

my biggest wish for new year, seeing you live again somewhere in Europe, do you think it could come true ?
"we are coming back to Europe on this record for sure!"

are you guys coming to Washington state with your tour.
"I hope so! That's where my family lives!"

Are you doing the piano playing, Jason or is it Winnie?
"I wrote the songs on the piano, Winnie will play them live"

Are you going to have any concerts in Chicago??
"absolutely"

best way to get out of writers block? Lots of love from Berklee College of Music!
"the only way is to keep writing, even if nothing feels inspired, eventually you will have a break through"

how would you describe the new album?
"diverse, there are many different textures on this record"

"I listen to everything, lately I've been in to vintage jazz."

who is your fave singer/band? Why???
"Billie holiday."

"love to read. The tipping point was a great book"

"no they never work"

"I certainly hope so!"

if you had to name just one song on Earth, what would it be?
"yesterday"

"all the wonderful moments in the studio!"

Flight is amazing! ! Any word on a release date for the album?
"April!!"

are you going to include sone unreleased lifehouse songs in the new album?
"yes there are gonna be six bonus tracks"

How often do you perform 'Storm' at concerts?
"all the time"

Didn't you write a song with @nickhowardmusic? Was that for your solo record, LH or his record?
"I did write with nick, I don't think he used the songs but we had a great time!"

What plans do you have for tomorrow?
"hanging with the family"

any chance of a studio version of What happens next or Angeline?
"Angeline"

Wow, six bonus tracks! That makes for an eighteen track album when all is said and done, as Jason previously stated that the standard edition has twelve. That was Jason's answer to a question about unreleased Lifehouse songs, so that means that some older tunes will finally see the light of day on this record... I'm going to assume that Angeline is one of them (he makes it sound like it's on Seven). Of course, new material is always the best; I'd rather hear new LH stuff than better-quality versions of old demoes/bootlegs.

Can't wait for April!

Haha, I agree! Out of all the unreleased songs in the Lifehouse catalogue, Climb in my opinion has the highest single potential (and its an absolutely brilliant song to boot).
