I'm confused after reading that. What's he talking about Tuesday's for? All releases are on Friday's now. Also....what's a digital CD? I assume that he means all 12 songs to download at once as an album. I hope that there's a way to not have to download/pay for the full thing if we've already bought the singles. He's going to be putting out more new singles separate from the Paper Cuts stuff starting July 11. Indeed, and July 11 is a Tuesday.

I wonder if the digital release will be in the original order (minus CP and Wish) or in the order he released the songs... could be either of these: Original: Paper Cuts Satellites Clarity Along the Way Goodbye Penelopieces* Angeline Chapter Two Angeline Breathe Easy* Shiny Silver Beast Stretch Sink or Swim Paper Cuts Satellites Clarity Along the Way Chapter Two Stretch Penelopieces Breathe Easy Shiny Silver Beast Goodbye Sink or Swim Angeline I actually think the new list flows better, kinda hoping for that one. Really I just want one of those CDs he said he has sitting in his garage

Wonder what will kick off this new set of releases, and if he'll give this new compilation a name!
2 days to go! Can't wait for more!

Anyone think Jason will release 'I want you to know' ? I absolutely think it will be released...ten years ago. It was a bonus track on Who We Are. I'm sure it's up on YouTube. I think all of those bonus tracks should be made available online. Perhaps a b-sides album or something. If you can't find the song, PM me.

Yeah I actually have the Uk edition CD. Was curious as all of the bonus tracks on WWA deserve more credit. I want you to know is one of my favourite Lifehouse songs.

The Who We Are sessions were easily the best in the band's catalog. For crying out loud, Signe of Life didn't even make the album and it's arguably one of their best songs ever in these eyes.

Totally agree, Signs of Life is definitely one of their all-time best songs! However, I Want You to Know really fell flat for me wit the official release. Live, with just Jason on the piano, it was incredible & almost haunting. The studio version was way over produced and forced...felt awkward & both the very beginning and very ending were so unnatural.
With the new releases, here are some of the things I'd love to hear:
What Happens Next The Edge I Want You To Know (a stripped down Jason-solo-piano version) Climb
And then probably just new stuff from there if I had my way.
I wouldn't hate a Chapter Two-esque version of Georgianna as well.
Any other votes?

Geffen recently made the Who We Are extended edition available on Apple Music, including all four WWA b-sides plus the wedding version of Y&M and the Live in Portland versions of that and Come Back Down! They also added the Take Me Away single!

I would have said Midnight In Philadelphia, but honestly I think it's so utterly perfect as is that anything else no matter how unbelievable would be a disappointment. I'd love to hear a Jason-only IWYTK, and a new Better Part of Me would be nice, as would a rerecorded Butterfly. The ones I want to hear most are The Edge, and though it won't happen in a million years, a rerecorded version of May, my favourite Blyss b-side.

Hm I actually really like the versions of Butterfly, Running Away, Better Part of Me, and Midnight in Philadelphia that we already have. I'd be worried about getting new & over-produced versions.
May would be awesome! If we're going that far back, then give me Winds of Change!

Almost forgot about this too: what about that version of Take The Weight that one guy tried to sell us on? It did sound legit actually but the whole thing was too shady for me.
Anyone know what ever happened to that guy & that disc?

I think Climb would be at the top of my list along with Take The Weight of the World. I agree about IWYTK being too over produced when recorded. Certainly not the first time the band has gone that route with a song that is great at it's core. I've never really understood the undying love for The Edge. It's okay, but there's nothing really too creative or deep about it. Had it been on NNF, it would have been a solid single. But it's no Everything or Broken.
Also, May would be amazing but I'm not holding my breath.
