Waaaah Allie you took some amaaazing photos! The one with Jason on his knees is a beauty. I can only dream of taking pics like yours. Somehow all my concert pics come out a bit blurry And with all that darkness, increasing shutter speed is not a great option... Anyhow, glad you had a great time and thanks for sharing it with us!

Anyhow, glad you had a great time and thanks for sharing it with us! aw thank you (and everyone else!). yeah a LOT of my pictures came out too blurry as well. I just take so many that some are bound to come out. I also constantly am changing the setting on my camera as the show progresses so certain lights and certain amounts of smoke work better on some settings as opposed to others.. i just dont know yet which one is best when! but speaking of blurry ones, the one of jason on his knees (which i do love) had an even better counterpart, but it came out so horribly blurry. ....if only! @dana, oh, the video! yes I still remember it fondly too... and my mom won't let me forget it either! Every time she is around people who may not know and Lifehouse comes on the radio or something, she is always the first to tell the world.

Thanks for the pics! Looks like you had a pretty good view. Either that, or your camera has a great zoom So happy for Christy that they played Wish. I haven't been able to find a good youtube vid of it just yet. Only one where the end of Wish got cut off... So if anyone finds a good one, please post

Thanks for the pics! Looks like you had a pretty good view. Either that, or your camera has a great zoom So happy for Christy that they played Wish. I haven't been able to find a good youtube vid of it just yet. Only one where the end of Wish got cut off... So if anyone finds a good one, please post dewey ... you guys might have been close to where I was cause that is almost the same view that I had! Ahhhhhhh! You guys!!!!! My Lifehouse dream came true in Detroit. A bunch of my awesome friends tweeted Lifehouse to request Wish for me. They knew I was going through a tough time right now as I am in the process of finalizing my divorce and they really made some super nice requests and apparantly Lifehouse listened because Jason actually said they read the requests off twitter and then he played it during the acoustic set!!!! It was so amazing. I had driven from Rochester NY, through Canada... got lost in Canada lol (long story), found out the offer on my house had fallen through, and was stuck in Detroit rush hour traffic not even knowing if I could make it to the concert. I was on my way to face both sides of my family... some of whom didn't really even know I was getting a divorce. I was kind of at an emotional low. I knew that people were requesting it, but I wasn't sure that it would work out. I really didn't want to get my hopes up. But lo and behold, I made it to the concert during the first opener. I saw Kris Allen ... who was terrific despite the fact that he apparantly forgot the words to "Come Together" lol .... and then I saw one amazing Lifehouse show... not even realizing that this was their first BIG shed headlining gig. And then Jason started introducing WISH and then just started playing that song... and I was so moved. It was such an awesome moment. I felt all the friendship and love from the Lifehouse community hitting me right in the heart and you guys just have NO idea how much that meant to me. It was one of the best moments of my life. Probably because it happened at one of the worst moments of my life. There was a bittersweetness to the whole thing that was just perfect. My camera battery, in a blonde moment, was left back in MA, so I did not get video or pictures. I was hoping someone else would get it. I did take an audio recording on my phone and it's gorgeous. I'm thankful for that. But if anyone can track down a video of it, I would be eternally grateful. Lifehouse was amazing that night. I mean... Jason's voice was unbelievable and he was adding a bit of improv to the songs... nothing that was a major departure from the song... just doing some interesting endings and runs and such. He seems so confident with his vocals and he has knows how to add so much feeling to the songs live. Bryce sounded excellent with backups and on lead for Wrecking Ball and the tradeoffs on HTGT. Ben was on fire on lead guitar doing some awesome guitar solos and really interacting with the crowd. Ricky... that guy doesn't miss a beat! He and Jason are a unit! lol I was so proud of them. They made a huge shed feel like an intimate concert. They were just like seasoned professionals on stage. They seemed so comfortable and everything. And even though I have seen quite a few shows with this basic setlist, I found that I was lost in the show nonetheless ... just like I hadn't seen it before... and I was never thinking about anything but the music. I had no worries while I was there. They had me at "Hello there ladies and gentlemen" hahaha... and I certainly didn't want that to end. It was so great. I can't thank you guys enough or Lifehouse enough for that experience. Everything started to look up after that concert. The WISHES worked!!!!
