The Stones cover was indeed Beast of Burden....I was ok with that since there are few videos of that I remember, AND it brings back some good memories of when we met  I have video of the Beast of Burden at the first Lido Deck show, video of the medley and Jason talking about the cruise from the indoor show on the second night......and, video of Sky is Falling, Empty Space and Breathing from the Acoustic show on the 4th day....just about to work on getting those up....then, breathe after getting home, then post some pictures at some point.  |

I'm still all for a live version of Signs of Life or Running Away, but I wouldn't be surprised if songs like Today, Better Part of Me and You Belong To Me are closer to the songs we can expect, maybe even Climb, which would be stellar too. And the Stones cover, I expect would be Beast of Burden, unless they started rehearsing another one. Anyhoo, those of you there, have a blast! Today needs to get back on the set list. Am I missing something? Today was ever on the set list? I've never heard it live, or heard of it being played live! Hmmm.... guess I'm off to scour youtube for a clip! |

^ There are no clips on youtube, I've tried. I have a magazine which includes a review of Lifehouse circa 2000/2001 where they played at London's The Borderline. I vaguely remember the reviewer writing along the lines of how LH played a song that is not featured on NNF and that "Today" would make a great single some day. I think I've typed out the full review before, but I don't quite remember where it is. I could scan a copy of that page (it was a great review!) but the magazine is kept in my table drawer 7000 miles away (am overseas, at the moment). I could trouble someone from home to dig out the magazine, if need be. Can't wait for the videos & a full report, Karen! |

I'm glad they didn't. I was really happy about the acoustic set. I had never heard "Sky Is Falling," "Empty Space," or the full version of "Breathing" live before so I was thrilled! And Karen, I think we took all the same videos! Except I didn't get Beast of Burden, and I took one of "First Time" at the acoustic show just because I love that version. :-) I tried to get HBAM bc I love the acoustic version of that too, but my memory card filled up and I missed the end.  |

Unfortunately some of my other ones (Sky is Falling and Empty Space) are pretty shaky since video was verboten :/, and I was standing, and pretty damn excited to hear them, and swaying...you get the picture. Thank you guys sooo much for the videos! They are giving me such a great stress relief in between studying for finals. That version of Simon with Doug was just wonderful! I can't wait to finally watch all the videos (I'm bribing myself into studying by only allowing myself to watch a video or two if I'm doing my work  ) |
