Liz: Shiz! I forgot about uni apps!  I'm waiting until I get my October SAT results before applying to US colleges, though. But I am going to be applying to a couple of schools here, too. Still, given that there's only like, one uni in this state that does medicine for school-leavers... Dunno, I don't like my chances. Francis: Indeed! My next lot of exams is *all* of my exams... and my Physics and Chem ones are on consecutive days!  Hopefully I'l be able to swallow my textbooks (for all 4 subjects. Gulp!) before then. |

I got a new laptop! A little red Dell "Studio." I love it. I went to see Safetysuit open for Collective Soul this past weekend in New Hampshire and I was not disappointed. Safetysuit it a great live band!!!! They sound great and really work the stage and the crowd. They make you part of "their family" as they said and they promised to stay after to meet every person in the crowd that wanted to meet them. Ryan Star opened for Safetysuit and he was pretty good, too. I got to meet Safetysuit and they were really nice. I told them that I would spread the word to Lifehouse fans. They are fans of Lifehouse, too. And....they are going to be on the VH1 cruise, too. So...it's all such a small world, huh? Oh, also.... I just wanted to share a link to an interview with Kendall Payne that I participated in on Lifehouse.Lefora.com. Most of you probably know who Kendall is already, but if you don't she has connections that go way back with Jason Wade and his wife. She's a singer-songwriter herself and she sang backing vocals on the Lifehouse song, "Trying." She had some funny, interesting responses to questions in the interview. Cool interview. I remember when I interviewed her like 2 years ago, she was such a sweetheart. Very open and honest in talking about her music and views. I think it was one of my favorite interviews. Thank you for that read  On the way back from the States I bought The Atlantis Revelation.. the third (and last) installment of Thomas Greanias Atlantis trilogy. I'm re-reading part 1 (Raising Atlantis) and part 2 (The Atlantis Prophecy) before I start part three to make sure I haven't forgotten too much, hehe.. looking forward to reading the end of the story |
