Okay, so today I'm finally moving out to Wisconsin. I know I haven't updated much, but there has been alot going on. I have my apartment. I can't wait to get in there and start fixing it up the way I want. I have a long drive ahead of me and I'm not even close to being done with packing.

But I wanted to say that I might be offline for a couple of days with the move and getting internet and all hooked up. I hope I have electricity soon. But this is my first venture out on my own without my family so while I'm very proud I can't help but admit that I'll miss seeing my grandmother everything. But every bird must leave the nest one day.

That's right folks! I wanted to wait on announcing this with all the stuff going on here on the board, but I can't hold it. This Chicago gurl is about to become a resident of Madison, WI and I can't fucking wait

. I just found out I got this great job there and I'll be moving in the next few weeks, as soon as I find an apartment.

I've been living in the same house for 28 years and I'm sick of here. And as much as I love my city, I'm sick of Chicago. It's time for me to get my own thing. So wish me luck as I move up to a more peaceful city
