Would people here like to see a Jason solo acoustic tour eventually? Just a guy, his guitar/piano, and stories. It seems to be the thing to do for lead singers in between band tours. The solo songs released would fit that type of gig. Annnnd hearing Penelopieces live would be amazing. That's one heck of a song. I'd kill for this. He could charge triple of what a full-band LH concert ticket costs and I still wouldn't hesitate. Emerson Hart has been doing this sort of thing consistently now for years and has randomly brought along others (ie: Eddie K from Live). I always try to tweet him & Jason to do an acoustic tour together! That random picture of Jason & Emerson from a couple years ago really got my hopes up. Overall I just wish Jason could take some queues from Emerson. They've followed a very similar career path, and both have such raw vocal & songwriting talent. Now J just needs to start the acoustic tours & recording songs without all the effects like Em!

Oh wow I'm down too, that would be amazing! Maybe while Bryce tours with Komox Jason could tour and enlist Ricky on the shaker and bgvs Ohh actually, Jason should tour with Winnie! He's a phenomenal guitarist and sounds great soloing, even on an acoustic. They'd be like Dave & Tim if anyone here is a Dave Matthews Band fan. All the old b-sides, like Midnight in Philadelphia (going to ask them to play it in Toronto), along with Paper Cuts LP songs and some other acoustic tracks like Don't Wake Me When It's Over... my mind is racing with ideas now Jason and Winnie performing in a little bar or mini venue (300 people max) would be my perfect concert. Sean was great not just because he was a strong guitarist but also because he totally got into it just for he music; on stage he was pretty awkward but sounded great. I could also see Winnie play with the whole band; those acoustic videos from J's studio that they put out for Yesterday's Son and One For The Pain were fantastic and had him playing lead guitar. Not sure if he has the chemistry with Bryce to match Ben though; those two were most fun to watch when they were interacting with each other.

I can totally see why Sean left The Calling and didn't last long with Lifehouse. I saw The Calling once and it was so much fluff. All the dudes took their shirt off as the show progressed and it drove me mad. He was the right guy at the right time for Jason though with touring SCF. The lead guitar was very The Bends/OK Computer by Radiohead and that was where Sean was the strongest. He got such great tones out of his guitars and he added so much live. He just wasn't cut out to be a touring musician in a big band. That's no knock on him. Early on I thought Jason would fold to the pressure. Seeing him now as compared to the early days is truly night and day. I'd be wrong not to mention the old record scratching intro to Quasimodo that Sean used to do. That was magical. I don't know what pedal he was using but it was great.

I would LOVE that..Nick howard does it, so can jason:p

It Is What It Is is surprising especially considering Flight isn't included; looks like it's only charting songs that they included (hence IIWII, which wasn't a single but still got airplay, and not Flight, which wasn't a radio release).
Not impressed by this list at all, Falling In does not take precedent over Flight. Ever ever ever.
I like the cover though; Jason is actually smiling for once!

What about the Storm? This is also the best Lifehouse's song. And I would add Good Enough.

Does anyone know of this album is just going to be a US release or if it'll be available worldwide?

Just thought of something: I wonder if Spin, TMA, and Blind will be the radio versions or the album cuts. Broken is the New/Radio Version, but Take Me Away's radio release was a very heavily remixed version of the original and Spin was a lot shorter. Blind also had guitars up and omitted the first chorus's "And I loved you more than you'd ever know..." so I'm curious if these remixes will officially see the light of day or still be reserved for the not-for-sale singles we spend so much to collect

I really enjoyed the radio mix for Take Me Away. I liked the intro (not as much as the album, but it worked) and I REALLY enjoyed the extra strain in Jason's vocals from the quiet pre-chorus at the end. That was really well done and much better than on the album.
